Newborns 

It is important to add your newborn to your insurance policy as soon as possible.  There will be a delay in filing claims with the insurance until the newborn is added to the policy.  Call your insurance company to see what information they need 

Network Insurance

Our providers are not in network with all insurance plans.  It is your responsibility to assure that you are covered to receive care from our providers.  If care is given that was not covered, it will be your financial responsibility.
